The substances stored in the sachet are powdered, which means that there is no carrier in the form of water to provide an environment for chemical reactions. The only negative event that could happen (purely hypothetically) is the development of probiotic bacteria in the sachet, but this has been prevented by capturing the probiotic bacteria in a single capsule that the customer receives in a separate sachet.
Interactions between substances occur, but in most cases, it concerns the therapeutic doses (i.e. very large and prescribed by a doctor). There are two types of interaction of ingredients:
- synergism – consists in such an interaction of nutrients, which promotes their assimilation from the gastrointestinal tract and use by body cells (e.g. vitamin D and calcium synergism)
- antagonism – simultaneous consumption of certain vitamins or minerals limits or even prevents their assimilation.
We have analysed this topic very carefully, and it turns out that there are only a few negative antagonisms and they do not have as negative an impact as they are said to have.
